EPOS Savings

For businesses that support other businesses

Become a Referral Partner

Help your business customers understand their card payment and EPOS costs. Talk to EPOS Savings about a referral arrangement that fits the work you already do.

A practical next step for your customers

When a customer asks whether their card fees or EPOS contract are competitive, the first job is to understand the whole cost. Our free calculator, research guides and optional initial review help them organise the figures and identify questions for their suppliers.

Who could work with us?

  • Accountants and bookkeepers: help clients investigate processing charges and recurring subscriptions.
  • Business advisers and consultants: bring a clearer payment-cost comparison into a wider business review.
  • EPOS installers and resellers: discuss customers who need to assess payment costs alongside equipment and software.
  • Web and ecommerce agencies: help clients account for payment processing and platform charges together.
  • Trade associations and membership bodies: explore useful cost-review resources for members.

Payment and EPOS providers are also welcome to discuss potential cooperation. Tell us which services, business types and territories you cover. This invitation does not mean that an approved provider panel already exists.

How a referral arrangement would work

01 · Introduce your business

Tell us who you help

Describe your services, customer sectors and the kind of payment or EPOS questions you encounter. You do not need to send a client list.

02 · Agree the arrangement

Set out the responsibilities

Agree the referral process, customer permission, who handles each stage and any commercial terms in writing before referrals begin under that arrangement.

03 · Make an agreed introduction

Keep the customer informed

The customer chooses whether to share figures or request a review. Any later supplier introduction would be explained and agreed with them.

Referral payments and commercial terms

We are inviting expressions of interest rather than offering an automatic, fixed-reward scheme. Where a paid arrangement is offered, the written terms must set out qualifying referrals, the reward or calculation method, referral attribution, payment timing and what happens if a customer cancels or a supplier does not proceed.

Sending this enquiry does not appoint you as a partner or create an entitlement to commission. Any relevant payment or commercial relationship would be made clear to the customer before an introduction. Provider directory coverage is an editorial decision and is separate from discussions about a commercial arrangement.

Useful resources you can share now

You can already point customers to the free payment and EPOS cost calculator, our provider directory and business-sector guides. Sharing a public link does not enrol you in a paid referral arrangement.

The calculator compares the figures entered and does not select a provider. An initial review helps identify costs and questions; it does not verify a quotation or guarantee savings. Customers remain free to keep their current arrangement.

Partner enquiry questions

Do I need to have a customer ready to refer?

No. Start by describing your business and the types of customers you work with. Any referral process and commercial terms should be agreed before you make introductions under that arrangement.

Is there a published commission rate?

No. There is no standard public reward or automatic entitlement. If a paid arrangement is offered, the amount or calculation method and the qualifying conditions will be agreed in writing.

Can I send a customer’s contact details with this enquiry?

Please send only your own business details at this stage. Discuss the referral process first and obtain the customer’s permission before sharing their information for an agreed introduction.

Does a provider listing mean you already work with that provider?

No. The directory summarises public information. A listing is not a partnership announcement, an approval or a guarantee of service.

What if I want to buy equipment for resale or export?

Use the wholesale, distributor and export enquiry page for products, quantities, destination and supply requirements.
